Brandon’s passion for fishing and hunting has taken him guiding all over North America.  He has guided giant whitetail deer with Timberghost Ranch in the bluff country of Iowa, waterfowl and turkeys with Wingfeather Outfitters in the Bruce Peninsula and trophy walleye on Lac Seul with Silver Water Wheel Lodge. He is one of the fortunate few that has enough guiding seasons to make a full career out of it.   He started guiding at the age of 17 and has never looked back.  He always looks extremely forward to the hard water season as it approaches here on Quinte.  He loves figuring out the walleye bite each and every day.  "You learn something new every single time you go out and wet your line." he remarks.  He loves to show people new techniques and proper methods of hunting down these fish efficiently and effectively.  Whether Brandon is out on the ice by himself trying to locate new schools or helping a kid reel in their first walleye, he loves every aspect of being out on Quinte during the winter months.

Ryan Shorey

5 years guiding experience

Ryan has spent his entire life living a short distance from the Bay of Quinte.  Through many years of fishing and hunting, Ryan has a unique knowledge of the Bay of Quinte system.  His schooling earned him a fish and wildlife technologist diploma from Sir Sandford Fleming College.  The desire to live close to his favourite waters chasing monster walleye led him into multiple small contracts working with the MNR in fisheries research.  Ryan has the desire and passion to consistently target the giant walleye that inhabit the Bay of Quinte system during the winter months.  He has been guiding on the bay for the past  four seasons.  “Seeing someone beat their personal best walleye day after day and the smiles that go along with it is truly a memorable experience” remarks Ryan.  These faces are common when fishing with Ryan.  This is likely because he is also an excellent teacher, being able to relate to most people with ease.  He is more than willing to help guide and teach everyone the key fundamentals and secrets of hard water angling helping guests chance of landing that big one and maximizing their angling experience.  Whether you’re a hardcore walleye angler or just want to get out, catch a fish or two and enjoy the great outdoors Ryan is sure to  enhance your experience. 

Aadil Khan

4 Years Guiding Experience

Aadil is currently a full time student at Sir Sandford Fleming College, studying Fish and Wildlife. Born into a family of anglers, his love for fishing started at a young age.  With the Bay of Quinte outside his backdoor his passion for hunting down giant walleye naturally progressed into a full on addiction.  He has been guiding on the Bay of Quinte for the last 4 years. He has become a walleye fanatic.  Using his educational background and determination Aadil has been able to put complex patterns and trends together to consistently ice monster walleye season after season. This past summer his love for giant walleye took him to Northern Ontario.  He was guest services manager and a fishing guide at Silver Water Wheel Lodge located on Lac Seul, Ontario.  The ultimate satisfaction for him is to ice monster walleye and to stay on top of the bite even during tough conditions.  Aadil is an ace at providing his guests with a phenomenal fishing experience trip after trip!
